Pre-K Meeting

Elizabeth will start Pre-K in the fall at Jenks.  Mom and Dad attended a parent meeting to find out more about what we were signed up for.  There are three teachers in Pre-K and a maximum of 66 kids.  There is also a private before and after care that will allow E to stay extended hours, but not be subjected to the big kids yet.  There is a miniature cafeteria in the Pre-K wing so they don't have to travel to the main cafeteria.  It gives them practice at sitting at tables, but they won't have to go through the line yet.  We are so excited for the kids to be at the same school next year!  Elizabeth has this fantasy that she will see Ben all the time and play on the playground with him.  She also has a friend that will be in Pre-K next year from her preschool, so there will be another familiar face in her area.
